How to Select Your Grades

Back in my 3rd sem, I messed up picking electives manually and it totally ruined my calculation. So we made sure this site does all the heavy lifting for you guys.

Understanding the Grade Options

Grade	Points	What It Means
O (Outstanding)	10	91-100% — Exceptional performance
A+ (Excellent)	9	81-90% — Very strong performance
A (Very Good)	8	71-80% — Above expectations
B+ (Good)	7	61-70% — Solid performance
B (Above Average)	6	56-60% — Meets expectations
C (Average)	5	50-55% — Adequate performance
P (Pass)	4	40-49% — Minimum passing grade
F (Fail)	0	Below 40% — Must retake the subject

How Credits Affect Your GPA

Listen up guys, not all subjects carry the same weight. A 4-credit core subject can completely tank or boost your GPA way more than some random 2-credit lab or elective. My roommate messed this up once by ignoring a tough core paper just to study for a lab exam, and his SGPA dropped so hard he almost got backlogs. That's exactly why those credit values next to each subject actually matter. Our calculator automatically applies the right credit weightage for your specific branch and sem. Quick Tips

Make sure you select grades for all subjects before you hit Calculate GPA. You can't just skip the tough ones!
If University results aren't out yet, just put in your expected grades to predict your sem GPA. It's a solid way to check if you're getting any arrears.
